【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染的病理机制，观察中医药防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。方法 将70例确诊并已基本控制感染的“复感儿”随机分为观察组35例和对照组35例，观察组用自拟“扶元祛痰方”(山茱萸、桔梗、前胡、橘红、太子参、毛冬青、鱼腥草、甘草等组成)治疗。对照组用玉屏风颗粒治疗。结果 观察组总有效率91.43%，明显高于对照组65.71%，二者差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 本病是余热未净、痰瘀伏肺，肺、脾、肾虚，以肾虚为主，治当扶肾元，益肺健脾，清热祛痰化瘀，疗程以邪净正复为度。
